Eco Skips Whitsundays

At Eco Skips Whitsundays, we value our customers and strive to provide reliable and efficient skip bin hire services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

 

1. No Refund Policy


Once a booking has been confirmed and the skip bin has been delivered to the designated location, refunds will not be provided. All confirmed bookings are final.

2. Minimum Hire Fee


If a booking is canceled after the skip bin has been dropped off, the customer is required to pay the minimum hire fee applicable to the size of the bin hired. This fee covers the costs associated with delivery, placement, and operational expenses.

 

3. Booking Cancellations Prior to Delivery


Customers who wish to cancel their booking before the skip bin has been dispatched for delivery may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss cancellation options. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the timing of the cancellation and any administrative or processing fees that may apply.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances


In rare and exceptional cases where Eco Skips Whitsundays is unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions or operational disruptions), customers may be offered an alternative service date or a partial refund at our discretion.
